Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients or customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact where possible.

Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and maintain a positive image of the company. You will take ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Strong understanding of CSAT and FCR
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Note:

A previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and if you are an undergraduate, 1 year of work experience is also preferred. Flexibility to work in UK/US shifts is essential.
