Automation Specialist Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to create an end-to-end automation system that streamlines our back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement document automations for receipts, contracts, audit packs, and authority forms.
  • Create workflows for one-click actions such as receipts, contracts, and audit packs.
  • Configure and optimize CRM fields, automations, and deal stages.
  • Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF to email to Drive storage.
  • Integrate e-signature solutions for seamless workflows.
  • Automate onboarding processes for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI-driven systems.
  • Build compliance workflows including intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, and SLA trackers.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows meet security, compliance, and reliability standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow integrations and app development.
  • Experience with CRM automation preferably with cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity suites including Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of API integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management software.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows in finance, property, or legal.
  • Ops/Systems mindset to map messy business processes into structured workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven automations including lead classification and knowledge bots.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in Australia.
  • Prior experience building monitoring dashboards.
