Job Title: Automation Workflow Developer

Our company is seeking an experienced Automation Workflow Developer to create a sophisticated, AI-powered sales and lead generation workflow using n8n. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in n8n, API integration, and AI integration.

The workflow will be responsible for automating the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach, creating a powerful engine for our sales team. We are looking for someone who can build, test, and deploy the workflow efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Build the end-to-end workflow in n8n as described above, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services (e.g., Phantombuster).
  • Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  • Craft the necessary expressions and light code (if needed in the Function node) to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  • Collaborate with us to refine prompts for the AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs.
  • Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Expert in n8n: Demonstrable experience building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n is essential.
  2. API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth).
  3. AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 (or similar) into automated workflows.
  4. Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with the concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with sales/marketing automation.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
