Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our content production unit, you will be responsible for designing, templatizing, and optimizing prompts for large-scale e-commerce content production.

This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking, technical fluency with Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation skills. You will work closely with our content, design, and studio teams to develop and maintain scalable prompt libraries covering various categories such as Adult Fashion, Kids wear, and home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and templatize prompts for LLMs and image generation models tailored to e-commerce.
  • Build and maintain n8n workflows/recipes for large-scale AI image and copy production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs, image models, and internal systems into streamlined production workflows.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of generated outputs across 1000s of SKUs.
  • Monitor production performance to deliver faster turnaround times (TAT) and reduced cost per product.
  • Partner with creative, e-commerce, and technology teams to deploy AI solutions into production.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer / Ai Content Specialist, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs and prompt optimization best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise with n8n, building automation recipes for large-scale content workflows.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and data annotation processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure quality, cost, and performance metrics.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with A/B testing for e-commerce CTR uplift.
  • Exposure to multi-modal AI.
  • Background in fashion styling, home décor visualization, or digital content production.
