Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly architect the growth strategy, partnering with our CEO to design and own the entire paid search vision.
  • Innovate with freedom and resources, using an AI-Native toolbox to test, learn, and scale winning campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar PPC budgets and driving significant, measurable revenue for competitive e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Expert-level mastery of the modern paid search ecosystem, especially hands-on with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Pmax.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performance PPC teams.
