Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in a customer support role.

  • Update our customer relationship management system and make outbound calls daily using provided leads
  • Verify and screen prospective customer data for accuracy and quality
  • Capture additional information and assess customer interest in our products or services
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure lead allocation and maximize opportunities
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of leads before handing them over to our counselling team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent English communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools
