The successful candidate will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and productivity across all centers.

Adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines is crucial for this position.

A key responsibility will be implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency across all centers.

Sales initiatives will be essential to meet or exceed revenue goals across the zone.

Zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities will be designed and executed to boost enrollments.

The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.

Center heads and their teams will be led, trained, and managed by the successful candidate.

Regular performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching will be conducted to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

A culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development will be fostered.

Effective budget management and financial analysis will ensure profitability and implement cost-saving initiatives where required.

Center-wise performance metrics will be tracked and resources aligned for optimum utilization.

High standards of customer satisfaction will be maintained across centers.

Customer queries, concerns, and complaints will be addressed promptly and effectively.

Candidate feedback will be regularly collected and analyzed to improve overall service quality and student outcomes.

Regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results will be submitted to senior management.

Communication between corporate/regional offices and center teams will be facilitated.

The company representative will attend relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone.
