Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with some regulatory knowledge or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-graduation experience in sales/marketing or healthcare/medical devices/service order management industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
