Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Product Assistance: Provide accurate product/service information, handle complaints, process orders, and manage returns efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve product-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Customer Records: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM/support tools.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth expertise in the platform to deliver effective solutions.
  • Performance Goals: Collaborate with the support team to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve user experience with input from product and tech teams.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the creation and refinement of support processes, tools, and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Hold 2–6 years of experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat) and CRM tools.
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Comfortable working in international shift timings, with flexibility to adapt.
