Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional who excels in driving transformation, empowering teams, and building change-ready cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic change initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Design stakeholder engagement plans and project execution strategies for successful outcomes
  • Stay current with industry best practices on OCM and change management toolkits
  • Execute projects efficiently as per agreed schedule, scope, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Experience in managing large-scale transformations (digital, process, or cultural)
  • Certifications like PROSCI or equivalent are a plus

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in OCM or related field
  • Ability to travel onsite as required for short periods
