Transformation Leader

The role of Transformation Leader will involve spearheading the strategic and operational transformation of an insurance business across North America, the UK, and Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for driving process excellence and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Drive operational excellence across underwriting, claims, and servicing functions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry, preferably in the P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt).
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP).
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
