Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate and handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, effectively promoting our products and services.
  2. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  3. Foster strong leads by following up on potential customers and converting them into showroom visits or sales.
  4. Contribute to successful marketing campaigns through effective telecommunications strategies.
  5. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and resolving any queries or concerns efficiently.
