We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our AI-based projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with machine learning, especially in Recommender Systems.

The role involves providing technical direction for projects, spearheading the development and implementation of machine learning solutions, and leading routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Breaking down business requirements into actionable tasks
  • Developing and implementing machine learning solutions using emerging technologies
  • Training and mentoring colleagues
  • Crafting and sustaining technical outputs such as design documentation and representative models
  • Designing and developing control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutions

Required skills include:

  • A strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras

Preferred skills include:

  • DBT

This is a remote or onsite position in India. We offer flexible work arrangements and a range of benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience and be available to work alternate shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM.
