Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic business leader to drive our Operational Excellence through integrated Data and AI. The ideal candidate will bridge business acumen with foundational AI knowledge and possess strong domain expertise in DevOps, ITSM, PPM, and Cloud migrations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational AI Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, lead internal AI pilot projects, and establish data governance practices.
  • Ai Product Development & Market Engagement: Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings, conduct market research and customer analysis, and develop AI-oriented product offerings with the Product Management Core team.
  • Internal Capability Building & Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison for external AI consulting, champion AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience solutioning and implementing Data and AI technologies.
  • Foundational AI/Data Knowledge: Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
  • Platform Understanding: Familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, and Cloud migrations.
  • Product Management Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proactive, self-driven, influencing, and building cross-functional relationships.
