As a visionary leader, you will spearhead our AI/ML strategy to revolutionize matchmaking platforms.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include defining and executing the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models. Leveraging recommendation engines to enhance user experiences is also crucial.

  • Drive innovation in personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement using data science.
  • Develop and implement LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications).
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
