Job Title: Growth Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Growth Specialist to join our team and drive user acquisition, community building, and growth experiments.
About the Role:
- Develop a presence in trading communities through active participation and engagement
- Drive user acquisition by identifying and converting potential users through personalized outreach and demos
- Establish partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new users and their effective use of the product
- Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
- Design and execute growth experiments to test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful initiatives
- Own key metrics related to user acquisition and activation
Your Qualifications:
- Proven understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
- A track record of success in user acquisition with measurable outcomes
- Experience in building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members)
- Ability to engage effectively in both digital and in-person settings
- Skill in conducting product demonstrations
- Analytical mindset with expertise in growth metrics
Bonus Skills:
- Background in a brokerage or trading platform
- Existing connections within trading communities
- Personal trading or investment experience
- Content creation capabilities
- Early-stage startup experience
