Strategy Development Lead

Job Description:

The Strategy Development Lead will spearhead the creation of innovative campaign strategies for clients, utilizing social platforms as a medium to craft engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise. This involves adopting a constant test and learn approach.

The role entails collaborating closely with the client servicing team to continually enhance the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to derive unique, differentiated insights.
  • Develop an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that serves as an ideal springboard for creative teams.
  • Presentation preparation with sharp POV and riveting narrative.
  • Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • Determine the right advertising pressure to achieve goals, considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, generating data-based insights for the strategy process.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environments, with a strong POV to share.
  • Eye for innovation and emerging platforms to consider in brand, social/digital strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly with integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
