Job Overview

The role of Test Data Management (TDM) specialist is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness of our testing processes. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing TDM solutions that cater to our clients' needs.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of test data profiling, PII analysis, and sensitive field analysis methods. Experience with data masking and provisioning techniques for testing environments is also essential.

A strong background in enterprise databases such as IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server is crucial. Additionally, proficiency in one or more TDM tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, and DataMasque is required.

You will need to integrate TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives is also vital.

  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of test data profiling, PII analysis, and sensitive field analysis methods.

  • Expertise in enterprise databases - IMS, DB2, Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to understand current architecture, data flows, and application dependency.

  • Experience integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
  • Good-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Australia banking domain experience.
  • Experience working with tools like Compuware File-AID, IBM RDX.
  • Mainframe job scheduling tools - OPC, ESP.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL queries.
