Job Summary

Workday Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to deliver complex solutions across client implementations. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and functional skills, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to new skills and manage multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver solutions for Workday modules such as Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance.
  • Identify scope, scope gaps, and collaborate with project stakeholders to address them.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure project success and plan inputs.
  • Gather and document requirements, assess complexity, and level of effort estimates, prioritize capacity, and define development and analysis timelines.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Workday configuration build and migration concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new skills, manage multiple projects and teams, and work in a global and remote team environment.
