Job Title: Digital Collections Team Leader

To excel in this role, you should be an accomplished professional with a passion for driving digital marketing strategies and optimizing campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to motivate and coach a high-performing team of digital collections agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of digital collections agents to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Develop and execute effective digital collections campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, social media, and chat.
  3. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, refine strategies, and enhance recovery rates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or collections.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving outstanding results.
  • Superior analytical skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
  • Proficiency in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
