Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in backend development using .NET Core 9 and SQL Server, along with frontend experience in Blazor WebAssembly and Telerik components.

The ideal candidate will lead feature and AI integration workstreams in our ERP/CRM modernization project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive UI modules in Blazor WASM + Telerik
  • Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs in .NET Core 9, integrating SQL and document stores
  • Integrate Azure AI services with ERP/CRM workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams
  • Implement document upload, embedding pipelines, and semantic Q&A flows, enhancing user experience and efficiency
  • Drive one or more AI-powered use cases end-to-end, from design to production
  • Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor microservices in Azure, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • Contribute to architecture patterns for modular AI integration into existing systems, promoting best practices and innovation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise backend development patterns
  • Strong proficiency in Blazor WASM, with a focus on building interactive and engaging user interfaces
  • Solid T-SQL skills, as well as experience with ERP/CRM domain logic and business intelligence
  • Ownership of at least one complete AI-integrated project, demonstrating your ability to drive end-to-end development and implementation
  • API-first mindset, secure coding practices, and expertise in asynchronous programming
  • Proficiency in Git, Azure DevOps, unit testing, performance tuning, and continuous integration
