We are seeking an experienced Flutter Engineer to spearhead the development and maintenance of modern, high-performance mobile applications using Clean Architecture and Flutter internals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating modular and testable code, implementing state management solutions using frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, and Cubit, and optimizing rendering, memory usage, and widget build performance.

In addition, they will write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart, strong knowledge of Flutter internals, and hands-on experience with state management frameworks.

A solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture is also required, as well as experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.

Preferred qualifications include contributions to Flutter/Dart open-source projects, prior experience building apps for large-scale, high-concurrency environments, and knowledge of plugin/federated architecture in Flutter.
