Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing a mobile application to help manage and monitor herds efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Climate and AI, leveraging your expertise in React Native to create innovative solutions that make a real impact.

About the Role

You will collaborate with our product team and API engineers to develop a mobile app that meets the needs of farmers and herders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of the mobile app.
  • Developing and maintaining the front-end interfaces of the app.
  • Collaborating with the product team to identify requirements and priorities.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to open-source projects and participate in code reviews.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in building mobile apps using React Native.
  • Proficiency in the Typescript ecosystem, including monorepos.
  • A thorough understanding of interface guidelines for Apple and Android apps.
  • A track record of submitting apps on the App Store and Play Store.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
