Facilities Maintenance Associate

At our esteemed establishment, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our premises.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and possesses excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including rooms, floors, furniture, restrooms, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize all areas regularly to maintain high hygiene standards;
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure they remain in excellent condition;
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly;
- Replenish cleaning supplies promptly to avoid shortages;
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the concerned department;
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition to ensure efficiency;
- Use cleaning chemicals and materials properly and safely as per guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
