Job Title: Executive Search Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Search Specialist to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with us and utilize your expertise in search execution, client relationship management, and research strategies. As an Executive Search Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, developing and implementing research strategies, and mapping the 'universe' of an assignment or product area.

You will take ownership of research reports, ensuring accurate names, company details, and biographical information. Additionally, you will conduct due diligence on shortlisted candidates, promote the company as an executive search provider, and network extensively via telephone with candidates and sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management for retained search assignments.
  • Develop and implement research strategies to meet client requirements, including specifying target companies and target universes.
  • Map the 'universe' of an assignment or product area for marketing purposes.
  • Take ownership of research reports, ensuring accurate names, company details, and biographical information.
  • Conduct due diligence on shortlisted candidates and promote the company as an executive search provider.
  • Network extensively via telephone with candidates and sources, mapping universes through sourcing and cold calling.
  • Assist consultants with client pitches, proposal documents, and job specifications.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized, calm, and unflappable temperament, with attention to detail and first-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable, with a good team player attitude.
