Director of Analytics Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Analytics to lead our company's data strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and create a high-performing analytics organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is democratized and actionable across the organization.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling data-driven organizations.
  • Strong technical expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the CXO level.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
