We are seeking a skilled Product Leader to drive the development and launch of new products.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and features.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Roadmap & Planning: Develop detailed production timelines, launch plans, and pricing strategies to guide product introduction.
- Product Development: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of client vision and ability to translate it into actionable product plans.
- Experience with market research, stakeholder interviews, and analysis.
- Deep experience with product roadmaps, features, epics, and stories.
- Ability to work closely with designers to create user-centric products.
- Design thinking experience and ability to create compelling product presentations.
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
