Job Title: Financial Product StrategistWe are seeking a seasoned Financial Product Strategist to drive the development and delivery of innovative financial solutions.Financial Product Strategist Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strategic road map for financial products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital banking, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.

 

Customer & Market Insights:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer behavior, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends.
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts.

 

Product Development:
  • Define and document product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly products.

 

Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all financial products comply with financial regulations, data security standards, and industry guidelines.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements in product design and delivery.

 

Performance Management:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial products and monitor their performance post-launch.
  • Leverage analytics to measure customer adoption, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels, driving continuous improvement.

 

Skillset:

Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment systems, and financial products. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or other product management software. Strong understanding of KYC, AML, GDPR, and PSD2 compliance requirements.

Familiarity with banking APIs, digital wallets, and financial technologies.
