Job Title: Manufacturing Data Modeler

Gather requirements for designing products and work closely with product experts to determine the requirements for new designs.

Develop master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in MES systems. Create Master Batch Records (MBRs) for specifications on bills of parameters and design complex Process Instructions (PIs) for weighing and dispensing processes.

Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and shop floor order processes to convert site requirements into batch records.

  • Design and develop PI designing of products
  • Liaise with product experts to determine requirements for new designs
  • Develop master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in MES
  • Create MBRs for specifications on bills of parameters
  • Design and create complex PIs for weighing and dispensing processes
  • Convert site specific requirements into batch records
  • Validate created PIs for site deployment
  • Provide progress updates to project managers
Required Skills:
  • End-to-end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH
  • Experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules like user management, PI management, PI process, PI review, weighing & dispensing, XSI console, equipment management, material flow management
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical use of these standards in application design
  • Good communication and analytical skills
