Job Overview

As a skilled Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying predictive and analytical models using machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated pipelines for model training, testing, monitoring, and retraining to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics for effective decision-making.
  • Build, train, and validate complex predictive and analytical models using machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Optimize model performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency in production environments.
  • Implement continuous integration and deployment practices for machine learning workflows to enhance collaboration and reduce errors.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of machine learning and AI.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language and popular libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes and APIs.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure, for scalable model deployment.
  • Strong background in statistics and machine learning algorithms, including model evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and implement efficient data processing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in handling real-time data streams and implementing streaming analytics.
  • Exposure to feature stores and automated model monitoring for improved model performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
