ERP Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as an ERP consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing enterprise resource planning systems, with a strong focus on financial management and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of new ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of new ERP systems, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solution designs.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to ERP system configuration and customization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new system features and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and experience with similar ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ERP systems, with a strong focus on financial management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
