ERP Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP project lead to oversee the successful delivery of our offshore projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and implementing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project lifecycle planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices
  • Manage Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable)
  • Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred
