Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant / Assistant Accounts Manager to lead our accounting function.

About the Role

This senior-level accounting position offers an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated individual to take ownership of our entire accounting process and drive business growth through accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Effectively handle sales, purchase entries, and billing, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Prepare and manage GST reconciliation & filing in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the prompt preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets.
  • Manage statutory compliances including TDS, PF, EPS, etc.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain account accuracy.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, optimizing cash flow and reducing costs.
  • Utilize Bizzy Accounting Software for all accounting tasks, maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant / Assistant Accounts Manager with a strong track record of success.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with Bizzy software or similar accounting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, taking full ownership of accounting operations and making strategic decisions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Preference for candidates residing in or near desired locations, allowing for seamless collaboration and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven ability to drive business growth through effective financial management.
