Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a third-tier support role for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetIQ IDM suite and strong understanding of IAM systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex technical problems, performing recurrent maintenance tasks, monitoring the environment, and participating in service upgrade deployments. They will also mentor junior team members and interface with subject matter experts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience with IAM systems and 2+ years of experience using NetIQ IDM suite.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager Engine, Drivers, Remote Loader, iManager, User App, Workflows, Policies, and Drivers (User app, AD, Role and Resource, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge on Active Directory and eDirectory (LDAP).
  • High proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Experience in implementing SSL/self-signed certificate and encryption/decryption of keys and SQL experience.
Bonus Skills

While not required, having the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL) experience.
  • Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure.
  • Fluent verbal and written English language and communication skills.
