Job Title: IAM Security Specialist

As an IAM Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's systems and data.

  • Developing and maintaining IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Implementing and managing IAM technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Conditional Access, and Azure AD Privileged Identity Management
  • Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams on IAM-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in IAM technologies including Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Conditional Access, and Azure AD Privileged Identity Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, authentication methods, and access control
  • Knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JSON, SPML, SCIM, XACML integration standards
