Job Description

About ARA Resources' client, a global leader in strategy and technology consulting, we are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical databases.

This role is ideal for a MongoDB expert with a proven track record in performance optimization, database administration, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Serve as the SME for MongoDB administration and database best practices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain database management systems.
  • Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ensure security protocols, data protection, and compliance measures are in place.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide solutions and support critical business applications.
  • Assist in the development of database policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key organizational initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on MongoDB administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in backup, recovery, and replication strategies.
  • Familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of database security protocols and data protection measures.
  • Educational qualification: Full-time education.
