Financial Professional

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess strong communication skills. They will also be proficient in multiple software applications and have a solid understanding of financial regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management.
  • Assist with closing processes at the end of each month and year.
  • Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPM/SSC environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
