We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Asset Liability Management efforts. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain vigilant monitoring of Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk, identifying potential concerns for senior management.
  • Promptly prepare, review, and validate Regulatory Returns, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory limits.
  • Develop insightful analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Create and distribute daily Liquidity and ALM Dashboards.
  • Collaborate on IT projects related to Risk monitoring/management Systems.
  • Contribute to enhancing current solutions through testing and provide functional inputs in developing new solutions.
  • Stay abreast of market and regulatory developments, best practices pertaining to ALM/Balance sheet.
  • Foster strong relationships with Treasury, Risk, IT, Finance, and Business units.
  • Monitor Balance sheet hedging and streamline processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Evaluate and implement RBI circulars/guidelines, driving commercial savings and ensuring compliance.
  • Adhere to RBI policies and guidelines, liaising with RBI Financial Audit.
