Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team.

Location: Solapur, India

Experience Required: 7+ Years

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end IT asset management processes for hardware and software.
  • Lead Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle including license management, compliance audits, procurement, renewals, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost optimization and compliance.
  • Perform software discovery, reconciliation, and compliance checks across multiple publishers.
  • Provide strategic inputs for vendor negotiations, true-up, and contract renewals.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within ITAM/SAM practice.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor ITAM/SAM performance and governance.

About You:

  • Proficient in IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management tools.
  • Solid understanding of license models and experience in software license optimization.
  • Ability to manage hardware asset lifecycle and knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
