Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SFCC Technical Lead to lead multiple development tracks and manage a team of 12 members. The successful candidate will ensure code quality, troubleshoot technical blockers, and work closely with business and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical stories.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple technical tracks and manage a team of around 12 members
  • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality across the account
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable solutions
  • Communicate effectively with Business and Product Owners
  • Convert business functionality into detailed technical stories
  • Guide implementation using SFCC Script, SFRA, Pipelines, REST API, and Controllers
  • Recommend best practices for Salesforce features (e.g., when to use Page Designer)
  • Ensure adherence to functional knowledge of B2C commerce processes
  • Design and develop third-party (backend) integrations such as:
  • Address/Shipping/Tax validation
  • Payment authorization
  • CRM
  • OMS

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading technical teams, performing code reviews, and ensuring code quality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
