Job Role: Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist/Manager - Facebook Ads

Location: CHN/BLR

Mode of Work: Work from Office Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing professional to spearhead our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, expertise in vernacular ad strategies, and a deep understanding of data analytics to boost sales performance. This role demands a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making skills to generate high-quality leads and achieve tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facebook Ads Strategy:

- Design and implement sophisticated Facebook advertising strategies aligned with Shriram Finance's financial offerings (e.g., loans, insurance).

- Harness vernacular advertising to engage regional audiences and enhance customer interaction.

- Strategically plan campaigns to synchronize with sales targets and business goals.

2. Campaign Management:

- Manage end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns, encompassing audience research, creative development, execution, and optimization.

- Track and allocate ad expenditure to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns remain within budget.

- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies for improved performance.

3. Creative and Content Leadership:

- Partner with the creative team to develop captivating ad creatives and copy, emphasizing regional and vernacular appeal.

- Drive A/B testing for creatives, copy, and ad formats to identify top-performing combinations.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions) to derive actionable insights.

- Utilize data to refine strategies, enhance sales outcomes, and forecast future campaign results.

- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and ROI impact.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to align digital marketing with broader business objectives.

- Guide and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on campaign strategy and execution.

6. Compliance and Industry Expertise:

- Ensure all campaigns comply with Facebook's advertising policies and financial industry regulations.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, vernacular advertising, and Facebook's algorithm updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, with expertise in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.

- Proven success in developing and optimizing vernacular ad campaigns for regional audiences.

- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive sales growth.

- Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.

- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization techniques.

- Creative mindset to deliver engaging and relevant ad content.

- Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram, or YouTube Ads).

- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for lead tracking and campaign integration.
