Land Acquisition Director

We are seeking a Land Acquisition Director to spearhead our land sourcing and acquisition strategy.

  • Identify and evaluate land parcels in targeted micro-markets by assessing market opportunities and upcoming transactions.
  • Build a strong network of brokers, landowners, developers, and other intermediaries through engagement and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence including land title, zoning, FSI potential, ready reckoner rates, and development control regulations to ensure alignment with our product design and business model.
  • Coordinate with internal analysts to prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and market assessments that drive informed decision making.
  • Assess the suitability of land parcels for our business needs through rigorous evaluation.
  • Organize meetings between key stakeholders including legal, finance, and management teams to facilitate smooth execution of deals.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful deal closure.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Have 2-4 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or investment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Palakkad Development Control Regulations (DCR) and land acquisition processes.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing land transactions.
  • Established network with brokers, landowners, and developers in Palakkad is mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
