Job Title

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage and optimize our payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Rental & Expansion Payments: Process and track rental-related payments and expenses for business expansions, verifying accuracy and adhering to regulations.
  • Franchise Payments: Manage and reconcile franchise-related payables, maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Advance & MSME Payable Aging: Monitor advance payments and MSME payable aging to ensure timely clearance and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Invoice/Bill Processing:
    • Verify invoices for accuracy (GL coding verification, TDS & GST compliance).
    • Perform bill verification against purchase orders and contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls.
  • Purchase Order (PO) Management:
    • Review and approve POs for accuracy (GL coding, TDS & GST checks), ensuring timely execution and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit purposes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve queries or discrepancies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities for accounts payable, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance.
  • Adhere to company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results and improving processes.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles, with hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
