We are seeking a skilled Land Design Specialist to join our studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating landscape architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Develop project documentation according to specified stages and requirements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, with 0-5 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-7 years of experience in landscape design. Proficiency in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects is essential.
