
Strategic Process Improvement Manager

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive process improvements and efficiency gains in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing subject matter expertise in various global processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and continuously adding value to assigned processes.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research using systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques
- Draw inferences and conclusions from research findings
- Utilize analytical and project management methodologies and tools
- Complete projects/tasks in line with standard operating procedures and timelines
- Facilitate and drive processes to completion
- Perform periodic review of team's deliverables
- Flag potential challenges at appropriate times
Client Management:
- Drive business development and scope expansion conversations with Global, Area, and Regional Risk Management leadership
- Address and resolve service delivery issues/escalations
People Management:
- Manage performance of team members, including setting goals and assessing performance
- Manage potential conflicts amongst team members
- Work cohesively with the team to address issues/concerns and maintain a positive working environment
- Ensure adherence to workflow protocol and tools
- Coordinate training schedules for new and existing team members
- Coach and mentor team members for professional development
- Identify training, learning, and development opportunities for team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Pledge quality of output through internal review mechanisms
- Manage day-to-day administrative issues and communicate appropriately to customers
- Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction measures/project critical success factors
Qualification Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputable institute
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Exposure to handling international customers/client interaction
- Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Technical skills in reporting tools (e.g., PowerBi, Tableau)
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence to drive process automation
- Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work in business season (if required)
