Job Opportunity

  • As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow and UiPath implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop detailed user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications to support the ServiceNow platform's configuration and development.
  • Coordinate closely with developers and technical teams to ensure that all solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
  • Assist in designing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and governance in ServiceNow implementation and usage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules, including Experience With The ServiceNow Platform And Its Capabilities.
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
  • Some knowledge or understanding of UiPath is advantageous.
