Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for working with government clients to identify and implement business solutions that drive growth and improvement.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on society. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from strategy development to implementation and monitoring. Your primary focus will be on providing management/technical support for project implementation and post-implementation, as well as preparing necessary MIS reports applicable to the state.

  • Identify Primary Agriculture Credit Society for computerization in the state.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather state-specific needs and communicate the same to Central PMU/System Integrators.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation progress in the state and following up with stakeholders as necessary for issue resolution. Additionally, you will facilitate capacity building for the state.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis/technology/consulting/project management.
  • Experience in the government sector and agriculture domain is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle complex assignments independently. They will also have the ability to interact with clients (senior government officials) and demonstrate a willingness to 'get hands dirty' and develop a problem-solving attitude.
