Procurement Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-quality ingredients, building strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, ensuring consistent quality and food safety standards, onboarding new suppliers, reducing risk, and supporting menu innovations.

  • Sourcing and managing fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
  • Ensuring consistent quality and food safety standards
  • Onboarding, evaluating, and managing new suppliers
  • Reducing risk by maintaining multiple sourcing options for key ingredients
  • Supporting menu innovations with timely procurement of new ingredients
  • Maintaining accurate records, pricing, and inventory data
  • Collaborating with kitchen and brand teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Tracking procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) and reporting regularly
