Job Description

As a Senior Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of operations professionals and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and production timelines, manage internal stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion.

  • Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with installer teams, vendor partners, and category teams to facilitate issue resolution and improve overall team performance.
  • Empower your team by providing guidance, training, and resources to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Maintain adherence to defined processes, standards, and SOPs to deliver consistent customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • National Institute of Technology (NIT), BITS, or Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) degree or MBA from IIM or Tier 1 business school.
  • 7-12 years of experience in startup operations or similar industries, with a focus on people management and leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and build strategic alliances with builders, architects, and interior consultants.
