Analytics Leadership Role

This high-impact leadership position is responsible for building and scaling a data-driven culture, enabling informed decision-making, and aligning analytics with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company and have a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets. They will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, building and mentoring a high-performing analytics team, and collaborating with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to deliver actionable insights and support long-term growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align analytics with business needs.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
